Wedding Bartender

Your wedding bar should feel like part of the day, not another vendor to manage. Amber plans a cocktail menu around the two of you, sends your shopping list, and runs the bar from first pour to cleanup so you can stay on the dance floor.

Wedding Bar Service

A bar that feels like the two of you

Start with three signature cocktails from our menu - a Blackberry Marg, a Berry-Sage G+T, an Old Fashioned for the bourbon fans - or ask for a fully custom creation named after you. Every mixer and syrup is made from scratch, and fruit is muddled fresh.

Amber's high-volume bartending background keeps the line moving at cocktail hour, and her fine dining training shows in every garnish. If your venue needs proof of insurance, we can send a certificate of insurance (COI) on request.

Good to Know

Common questions

How many bartenders do we need for our wedding?

It depends on your guest count. The Welcome Pour (up to 60 guests) includes 1 bartender and 1 bar, Raise the Bar (61 – 120 guests) includes 2 bartenders and 1 bar, and The Full House (121 – 160 guests) includes 3 bartenders and 2 bars. For 160+ guests we put together a custom quote, and an extra bartender or second bar setup can be added as an add-on.

Can you provide a certificate of insurance to our wedding venue?

Yes. We carry liquor liability and general liability insurance for private events and can provide a certificate of insurance (COI) to your venue upon request - just mention it when you book.

Do we buy the alcohol for our wedding?

Yes - per California law, the host provides alcohol. We send a tailored shopping list after you book so you know exactly what to pick up. We handle everything else: bar, mixers, ice, garnishes, cups, and service.

How long is bar service at a wedding?

Packages include up to 4 hours of professional bartending. Extra hours are available as an add-on, and early load-in or extended timelines can be arranged.
