How it works
A simple split: what Amber brings to the bar, and what you'll handle on the alcohol side-so there are no surprises when the party starts.
What we bring
- Up to 4 hours of professional bartending (extra hours available).
- Additional staffing for larger guest counts when you need more hands on the bar.
- House-made mixers & syrups, fresh garnishes, and quality cocktail ingredients.
- Full bar setup, professional tools, and coordination so service runs smoothly.
- Prep, guest-facing service, and cleanup-you stay present for your guests.
- Menu planning with room for custom or seasonal options when you want them.
- Early load-in or extended timelines by arrangement.
What you provide
For most private events, the host supplies alcohol. Your checklist:
- You buy and bring all liquor, wine, and beer the menu needs-we do not resell or transport alcohol for you.
- You stay within whatever your venue and local regulations require (we will call out common constraints when we plan).
- We send a shopping list with suggested bottles and quantities matched to your guest count and cocktails-follow it and you are covered.
Most packages center on three signature cocktails from our curated menu. Want swaps or a fully custom lineup? We can quote add-ons. Every drink is built for flavor, steady pacing, and a polished look behind the bar.
